Availability of Services
The Office’s publications are available to all businesses regardless of size as are its regulatory assistance services under the Minnesota Environmental Coordination Procedures Act (Minn. Stat 116C. 22 et seq.) and the Bureau of Business Licenses (Minn. Stat. 116J.70 et seq.). SBDC services are, in general, limited to businesses, which meet federal definitions of a "Small business." Those definitions vary by industry, but most Minnesota firms meet the appropriate definition.
